Rental rates additional information
A deposit of £150.00 pounds per week (non-refundable) on booking.
All clients to forward a refundable security deposit of £350.00 pounds together with completed booking form.
The full balance to be received 10 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be returned approx 2 weeks after departure from our Villa, following an inspection by our Management Company. Bookings within 10 weeks of departure will need to pay the full amount together with the security deposit at the time of booking.
Pool heat is an extra £125.00 per week. BBq's, Cots, High Chairs etc can be hired on arrival with the management company.
RATES FOR LONG TERM RENTAL ARE NEGOTIABLE.
